Every week one of our dedicated lay leaders leads worship with recruits at Great Lakes Naval Recruit Training Command. The topic for Sunday’s worship varies to include seasonal services such as Father’s Day, Solstice, the Jewish High Holy Days, Christmas, and Labor Day. Each worship service includes ample time for recruits to share Joys, Sorrows, and Concerns. They are free to share what is happening in their lives both at basic training and at home.
